House Rules
Minimum age to rent: 25
Check in after 4:00 PM EST
Check out before 11:00 AM EST
No events allowed
No pets allowed
No Smoking of any type (cigarettes, vapes, etc.)
If a guest smokes inside, they will be charged $250. If discovered during your stay, all guests will be asked to leave immediately without refund.
Sneaking in pets of any kind will result in a $250 fee and you will be asked to leave without a refund.
Damage and Incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
Cancellation
Cancel at least 30 days prior to check-in at 4:00 PM EST and you'll get a full refund minus 3% (credit card fees).
Cancel at least 2 weeks and less than 30 days prior to check-in at 4:00 PM EST and you'll get a partial refund: 50% of what you paid minus 3% (credit card fees).
Cancel less than 2 weeks prior to check-in: No refund.
